In this tutorial, you will learn how to create an animation of earth rotating on its axis. As you might already know that PowerPoint does not have this kind of inbuilt effect. A few tricks has been used to create an illusion and it seems that the Earth picture is rotating.

If you are using any earlier version that PowerPoint 2010, then you can use the following method in place of Combine command.

1. Select the Picture and Oval by holding the Shift Key and then click Copy from the Home tab.
